About Galaxy Shooter
Galaxy Shooter is a free arcade space shooter. Alien squadrons swoop in, line up in formation and dive at your ship while they fire. Your ship shoots on its own, so all you do is steer: dodge the fire, collect power-ups for double and triple shots, and survive as many waves as you can. Every fifth wave a giant mothership attacks.
How to play Galaxy Shooter
- Your ship fires automatically. Move it to aim and to dodge.
- Destroy every alien to clear the wave. Green drones take one hit, orange stingers two and purple tanks six.
- Collect P for a stronger weapon, S for a shield that absorbs one hit and ♥ for an extra life.
- Every fifth wave a mothership attacks with bullet rings and aimed bursts. You have three lives.

Tips and tricks
- Stay low and keep moving: diving aliens aim at where you are now.
- Losing a life also lowers your weapon level, so a shield is worth going out of your way for.
- Purple tanks often drop power-ups. Take them out first.
- Against the mothership, slip through the gaps in its bullet rings and stay below its turrets.

Is Galaxy Shooter like Galaga or Space Invaders?
It's an original space shooter inspired by those arcade classics: alien formations that swoop and dive, power-ups and boss fights. It isn't affiliated with Galaga or Space Invaders, which are trademarks of their owners.
How do I get the triple shot?
Collect the yellow P power-ups. Each one raises your weapon level, from a single shot up to a five-way rapid spread.
How is the score calculated?
Drones are worth 100 points, stingers 150, tanks 400 and motherships 5,000 or more. Clearing a wave adds a bonus of 250 points times the wave number.
